Kent Gordon
is an innovative marketing/survey research methodologist, with over 20
years experience in marketing research program management &
consulting. Kent is skilled
in all aspects of creating, managing & analyzing custom research
studies, and is accomplished as a court-qualified expert in survey
research methods (e.g., Intel v. Advanced Micro Devices).
He additionally consults with clients in areas related to strategic
business planning, marketing strategy & communications, research
methodologies, questionnaire design and action standards.
Kent
has designed & authored large international research studies; is
credited with projects in the US that sampled Latino Americans, Japanese
visitors and illegal aliens; and has researched household as well as
business constituencies. Before
establishing SMART, Kent held senior executive positions with The
M/A/R/C Group, Walker Information, Winona Research, and Marketing Research
of New Mexico. Kent is a
creative & resourceful researcher — driven to solve the most
challenging research problems. |
