Kent Gordon is an
experienced practitioner with demonstrated expertise in marketing research program
management & consulting. Kent began his career in marketing research as an interviewer
while attending college over 20 years ago. Before establishing SMART, Kent held senior
management positions with M/A/R/C Research, Walker Information, Winona Research, and
Marketing Research of New Mexico. Kent is a court-qualified expert in survey research
methods (e.g., Intel v. Advanced Micro Devices). He has designed, implemented &
authored major, strategic marketing research projects in the US, Brazil, Mexico &
Argentina. Kent is a creative & resourceful researcher driven to solve the most
challenging research problems. |

Patricia
Giannetti has over 20 years experience conducting & managing research in
business & academic environments. Pats early research experience was gained as a
faculty member at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where she managed patient
satisfaction & retention studies. Prior to co-founding SMART, Pat obtained client-side
marketing research experience with Del Monte Corporation, and supplier-side experience
with M/A/R/C Research and Walker Information. Pat has a Ph.D. in Sociology from Case
Western Reserve University. Pat is highly skilled in designing customized, actionable
research programs to accommodate specific client situations & needs.
